This fully automated metal sorting machine features 12 high resolution cameras and can handle sorting up to 8 tons per hour, accommodating material sizes from 1 to 30 mm.
With its double-layer design, it efficiently sorts out the copper in the first layer and separates the remaining material into two batches in the second layer.

Our NOVA-CYCLE 20-1500AI is an ideal machine for extracting copper from your more complex metal recycling fraction, due to its ability to use the AI-deep learning module.
With this feature, the machine can learn to recognize color and shape, allowing you to enhance the purity percentage before delivering it to melters.
This fully automated metal sorting machine features 20 high resolution cameras and can handle sorting up to 5 tons per hour, accommodating material sizes from 2 to 50 mm.
