Shipping policy

Shipping Policy – TradePartnerz

This shipping policy applies to spare parts and other products offered through the TradePartnerz webshop, including products displayed in store that can be ordered for delivery.

 

1. Delivery countries

We currently ship TradePartnerz parts and machines to the following countries:

  • Netherlands

  • Belgium

  • Germany

  • France

  • Luxembourg

  • Austria

If your country is not listed above, please contact us before placing an order. We will confirm whether delivery is possible and provide the applicable shipping cost and estimated delivery time.

 

2. Order processing time

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after we have received the order and, where applicable, confirmed payment.

The processing time is the time required to prepare the spare parts for shipment and hand them over to the carrier.

For spare parts that are not immediately available from stock, we will contact the customer with an updated estimated availability and delivery date before or shortly after the order is confirmed.

3. Estimated delivery time

The estimated delivery time starts after the order has been placed and confirmed.

For spare parts that are available from stock, the estimated total delivery time is:

3–8 business days after order confirmation.

This consists of:

Order processing: 1–3 business days
Carrier transit time: 1–5 business days

For products that are not in stock, the estimated delivery time may be longer. In such cases, we will provide the customer with an updated estimated delivery date.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, customs procedures, availability of parts, supplier lead times or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the shipment.

Customers can request a shipping quote before placing an order. The applicable shipping cost will be confirmed before the order is accepted and before shipment.

For oversized, heavy, fragile or otherwise special shipments, additional transport costs may apply. If applicable, we will inform the customer of these costs before the order is accepted.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, transport and shipping costs are payable by the customer.

Shipping costs and any applicable shipping-related charges will be communicated clearly before the order is confirmed.

5. International shipments

For shipments outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance charges or other local fees may apply.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, these costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or standard shipping charge.

The customer is responsible for providing any information required for customs clearance and for complying with applicable import requirements in the destination country.

6. Shipping address

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer during the ordering process.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery address and contact details are correct and complete.

If an incorrect or incomplete address results in additional shipping or return costs, these costs may be charged to the customer.

7. Shipment tracking

Where available, TradePartnerz will provide the customer with shipment tracking information after the order has been handed over to the carrier.

The availability of tracking depends on the shipping service used.

8. Delays

We make every reasonable effort to meet the estimated delivery times stated above.

However, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, customs procedures, shortages, supplier delays, public holidays or other unforeseen circumstances.

If we become aware of a significant delay, we will inform the customer as soon as reasonably possible.

9. Damaged shipments

If the packaging or product appears to be damaged upon delivery, the customer should notify the carrier immediately and, where possible, have the damage recorded by the carrier.

The customer should also contact TradePartnerz as soon as possible and provide photographs and relevant shipment information.

10. Returns

Customers who wish to return an ordered spare part must register the return with TradePartnerz within 15 days of receiving the order.

The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment. TradePartnerz does not cover return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Returned products must be properly packaged and returned in an appropriate condition. Products should be unused and, where applicable, returned with their original packaging and accessories.

A 10% return/restocking fee, calculated on the value of the returned order, will be deducted from the refund or credit issued to the customer.

The remaining eligible amount will be credited or refunded after the returned products have been received and inspected by TradePartnerz.

Returns are subject to the applicable terms and conditions and any mandatory rights under applicable law.

11. Products displayed in store

Products displayed in store may not be immediately available for collection or delivery.

If a product is displayed in store and is available to order, the estimated delivery time stated on this page applies after the order has been placed and confirmed.

For specific spare parts, the actual delivery time may depend on stock availability and supplier lead times. Where this is the case, TradePartnerz will provide the customer with an updated estimated delivery date.

13. General terms and conditions

This shipping policy should be read together with the TradePartnerz General Terms and Conditions. In case of conflict, the applicable contractual terms and mandatory applicable law shall prevail.
